Have moved on, is what I say...
I pretend, the things are right...
I walk with my head high...
With a broad smile...

But, deep inside the heart pines...
It weeps, it cries...
Longs for the one,
that was once precious...

Laughing and talking, I loiter around...
I mock, I joke, I chat, I flirt...
I behave like a vagrant...
I make mischiefs...

But, deep inside the heart pines...
It feels the emptiness, laments the loss...
Sheds tears in memory of the one,
to whom once it loved...

Those good old days...
Those happy moments...
Those care and affection...
Those plans for the life...

When the world is celebrating the day of love,
I sit jotting my thoughts, scribbling my emotions...
To wish that loved one of the past...
